Founded by Erin Rush in 2011 as a side project while working full-time, Bengali evolved after Erin started a family and spent more time at home. In 2016, it transitioned from wholesaling and markets to becoming an online collective.
Our name is inspired by the natural cotton sourced from the eastern part of India, near the Bay of Bengal. We have a deep appreciation for the calm and gentle spirit of the Bengali people, which is reflected in our brand.
At Bengali, we are dedicated to providing high-quality materials at accessible prices. Each piece is designed in our New Zealand studio, ensuring that our creations are not only exquisite but also of exceptional quality, perfect for your little ones.
